One booking, three separate things, every step on the record
Brands book creators on ICONS to license their likeness for a named use, commission AI images or video, and buy posts on the creator’s own accounts. Each part is priced, signed and paid on its own terms.
The booking flow
- The creator builds a profilePaste your social links and email. ICONS imports public profile details, then you choose what brands can book and accept or edit the suggested rates. Nothing is public or bookable until you say so.
- A brand sends a requestRequests are free. The brand picks deliverables, where they will be used, dates and a production option. The creator or their authorized agency accepts, declines or counters within 72 hours.
- Both sides agree a quoteThe quote locks every price, fee, deliverable, right, date and approval step. It is valid for 7 days. Any change creates a new version, and earlier acceptances no longer count.
- Everyone signs the exact quoteThe booking documents are filled from the quote and bound to its fingerprint. The creator personally signs the likeness consent for this campaign. An agency cannot sign it for them.
- The brand funds the bookingPayment is captured only after every signature. Work starts only when the payment processor confirms the payment, never from a browser redirect alone.
- The content is made and approvedThe script is approved before anything is generated. Previews are watermarked. The creator and the brand approve the final version, and only that exact file is released.
- The creator posts itIf posting was bought, the creator posts the approved file on their own account with the required disclosures. ICONS checks the post before that part is paid.
- Everyone is paidEach part is paid when it is earned. A share of posting pay is held until the post has stayed up for the agreed period.
Three products, priced separately
Permission to use the approved likeness in named assets, for one named brand and product, in stated channels, territory and dates.
It never includes a post, an endorsement, paid ads or access to followers unless the quote says so. Default term is 30 days, starting at final delivery.
Making the deliverables: by ICONS with approved vendors, by the creator, or by their agency.
Two consolidated revision rounds are included. Fixes for missing the agreed spec do not use a round. New concepts, languages or outputs need a change order.
A specific post, in a specific format, on a specific account the creator owns, with a minimum time it stays live.
Reach is never guaranteed. Lower than estimated views do not trigger a refund. A missed or removed post goes through a cure process.
The brand’s total is the license, any posts, any extra rights, the production price and the ICONS platform fee, each shown on its own line. The platform fee is charged to the brand and is never taken from the creator’s rate.
Consent
- Signing up only lets ICONS import your public profile details. It does not license your likeness for anything.
- Every campaign has its own likeness consent, naming the brand, product, uses, media, territory and dates. Silence is never approval.
- No general AI model training, no reusable likeness or voice models without a separate written consent, and no perpetual license by default.
- Agencies act only inside the authority the creator signs. The creator keeps a veto over new uses and can revoke future agency authority.
- Identity is checked with a live video challenge and ID through a specialist provider before paid work. Brands and agencies never see your ID or legal details.
An invite-led US pilot for adults 18 and over, in US dollars, for non-explicit commercial campaigns. Fictional personas are allowed when a verified adult owns the rights, and they are always labeled virtual.
When money moves

Payment processor reviews, reserves, chargebacks and tax requirements can delay a payout. Payout destination changes need a fresh sign-in and are held for 48 hours.
The agreements
Every agreement is public. They are drafts pending legal review, and live bookings stay closed until the booking documents are approved.
